In the Northeastern Lowlands:
De la Isla a la Estancia (Spanish only)

Thumbnail description:
Host Héctor A. Silvestre provides a six-day introduction to nature and country culture with this tour, much of it spent on a splendid island in a beautiful lake. There is plenty of wildlife observation, perfect for taking picture, night trips, traditional ranch activities (which always includes very fine eating and drinking)

A Cayman-Protection Ecotour in the Santa Fe Wetlands

Thumbnail description:
Host Alejandro Larriera leads a project with the goal of sustainably utilizing the wild wetlands in Northern Santa Fe. For us he is proposing to invite travelers to participate in his many activities to protect the region's alligator-like cayman population. Depending on the season, visitors can help catch caymans for research purposes, harvest eggs, do night-counts, and other activities. Plus there are opportunities to ride horses and hydroplanes, visit ruins, and do other "touristy" things.

In the Andes:

Trek through Los Cardónes NP & the Calchaquíes Valleys

Thumbnail description:
Host Federico Norte has a 4x4 with which he shuttles visitors to the best trekking spots near Salto. Here we describe a 4-day, 3-night trip that is all downhill from the trailhead, so even out-of-shape visitors can manage this one. Despite its relative ease, it passes through some of the most striking scenery in the Andes. Of course Federico can also customize more difficult trips of longer or shorter durations.

Throughout the country:

A Pampas & Rainforest Birding, Nature & Botanical Adventure

Thumbnail description:
Host Sergio Corbet is proposing an itinerary meant to provide the visitor with the maximum opportunity to behold some of Argentina's most spectacular birds and other animals, as well as plants. You hopscotch by plane a bit, visiting the lowlands north of Buenos Aires, the upland around around Córdoba, the Pampas, and you round it all off in Iguazú!.
