  • Above price is including: Tourist tax, Normal consumption of water and electricity. A designated open air car park for 1 car in front of the entrance to the buiding is included. Not included: bedsheets.
    10% discount on above price for 2 consecutive weeks during 31st March - 03 November/2012.

  • Deposit: 100euro

  • Heating: 25euro extra per week.

  • Payment: Send an email regarding the week/weeks/month you wish to reserve and we will send you all necessary details.

  • When you accept our offer you will then receive a rental agreement.
    30% of the rent is payable 10-14 days after receipt of the rental agreement.
    Option 1: The remaining 70% + deposit are payable 10 weeks before your arrival.
    Option 2: Remainder with monthy payments/deposits. Last payment not later than 30 days prior to arrival
    If you wish to rent within the period of 10 weeks before your arrival, the rent shall be paid in full. Also applicable for monthly rentals.
