| Steve (an English-Canadian) and Paula (a Dutch-Canadian)
came to Costa Rica in 1983 to preserve an endangered tropical cloud forest. He has
an honours degree in Geography while Paula was an Executive Secretary in the Department of
Biological Sciences of a university for 16 years. Steve's interests include running,
astronomy and philosophy. Paula's interests are cooking, reading and health related
issues. Both lived and met in Moantreal, Quebec, Canada and married in 1979 before
moving to Costa Rica. Their family inlcudes Rocky a Boxer dog and Mischa, a Bull's
Eye Tabby car, plus their friends the birds. Steve & Paula conduct EarthFoot's Eco-Lodge in a Cloud Forest program. |
