Jose is native from Panama, an avid birder and a tropical nature enthusiastic. Jose Carlos has birded extensively in Panama during many years. He is a highly experienced traveler of the Isthmus of Panama, and a Certified Guide by the National Association of Interpretation U.S., Jose works as a Birding Guide for different tour operators in Panama, while he is an active member of the Panama Audubon Society.
His passion for birds has taken him to the most remote places over the Isthmus, always looking for the opportunity to add a new bird on his list; or even better, to photograph it! He is interested in bird ecology, digiscoping, and nature trips to new areas of Panama. Moreover, he has done Nature traveling through North, Central and South America.
