| Tom is an avid world traveler and
has walked the trails in over 35 countries. In addition to having served as a member of
the Sierra Club Steering Committee, he is a member of the California Alpine Club, Mount
Tamalpais Trails Preservation Council, the Sierra Club Historical Society, and the San
Francisco and Marin County Convention and Visitors Bureaus. Tom has been walking the trails of Marin County for the last 20 years and vows that you will never tire of the superb scenery. An accomplished nature writer and regular contributor to local publications, Tom is currently compiling a book on local mountain folklore. Tom conducts our Redwood Forests of Muir Woods program. |
