It develops and publishes environmental education curricula and other educational materials, organizes training seminars and camps for young people, and conducts research).

Valentina Toropova

• Candidate of science in ornithology
• At the moment she is the head of zoological laboratory of Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyz Republic.
• Theme of candidate's work is "Mass migration of birds in the North of Kyrgyz Republic".
• She has a lot of scientific works and publications about ornithology.
• Besides the excellent knowledge of ornithology, Valentina is the amateur of Soviet Union history and she surely will be able to tell a lot of interesting facts about it.
• Daughter of Valentina is also a good specialist on birds.

Sergey Kulagin

• Year of birth: 1972
• Post graduate of Academy of Sciences. Institute of Biology and Soil
• 1999 - Employee of Issyk-Kul Reserve
• 2000 - Employee of Biosphere Territory of Issyk-Kul. Registration of winter waterfowl.
• The person whose life is dedicated to Issyk-Kul Lake. He is able to tell everything about Issyk-Kul and fauna of this area. He will show the most interesting places… This is his land.
• Sergey's hobby is to keep singing birds at home because he like to listen to their singing especially during the long and cold winters.
