THE CONCEPT:
The theme or the specific program of my stay is “GRIHASTHASHRAMAM” This sanskrit word has two parts Grihastha  +  Ashramam  .Grihastha simply means one who lives at home having a family life ,a man who leads a worldly life.

The AARSHA SAMSKARA/Culture which is based on the teachings of Rishis through ages, through Vedic knowledge have split the span of a human life into 4 of which GRIHASTHASHRAMAM comes as the 2nd part ,which is given very much importance. This is the pillar of the society and this world .Grihasthashramee(worldly man) should try and be healthy physically, mentally and spiritually if he has to serve the purpose or to  achieve it or live to enjoy it .

In this worldly life we pass through many stages of Stress and Strain which may eventually create a Vacuum in us and later fill it with Negatives. A true Grihasthashramee is always prepared to face life in the most positive way ( always does good to himself his family his society and utmost to this world).

AyurvedaHealthy Physically through Ayurveda , yoga , performing arts ,eating habits.

Healthy mentally through Meditation , yoga ,art forms ,eating habits .

These gradually let you to have a very positive spiritual approach helping you to become and be the + person you always is. It becomes the way of your life and gradually you will be able to feel it in your conscious mind , you are able to experience it and relax on it.

NOTE: Guests are requested to wear dresses keeping to the village life of Kerala. Please excuse room services.
