Pine Glades Lake at sunset - Everglades National Park, Florida Host: Jack Heinemann

When: During the cool, dry months of the fall, winter, and spring. Summer tours can be arranged, but potential tour members should be aware of the nature of the Everglades in the summer (swarms of mosquitoes, intense lightning, and the occasional hurricane).

Length of tour: Workshops run from Friday until noon on Sunday.

Number of guests: One to four. We prefer to work with people in groups of two.

Fee (as of 2006): $300.00 or $500.00 for two. Fees include transportation and lunch in the field.
