THE WEEKEND HOMESTAY PROGRAM The Weekend Homestay is a program offered to the travelers to become part of Indonesian village community for weekend. The travelers will stay with local family, taste the villager meal, watch, meet, and feel the activities of community of Cibadak village. ITINERARY: Friday afternoon pick up the guests, transfer the guests to villager's house Saturday 7.30 - 11.30 - visit swallow caves 11.30 - 12.00 - visit traditional limestone burning plant at Karang Mas village 12.00 - 14.00 - take a rest 14.00 - 18.00 - see Cigamea waterfall 18.00 - 19.00 - prepare for night city tour 19.00 - 22.00 - night city tour (dine at town) Sunday 8.00 - 9.30 - visit home industry of tofu at Setu village 9.30 - 10.00 - visit 'wayang golek' (wooden puppets) craftsman at Cibadak village 10.00 - 12.00 - immerse into traditional market at Leuwiliang village 12.00 and up - send off the guests Note: if there is more available time, visit may be customized to more objects. THE ECOTOUR PROGRAM The Ecotour Program is divided into four groups of destination. The destination consists of swallow caves, waterfall, hot springs, and volcanic crater. This program takes approximately 9 (nine) hours. The guests will be picked up at 8 AM and will be sent to the hotel at around 5 PM. DESTINATIONS: Ecotour 1: swallow caves Ciparay hot springs Cigamea waterfall Ecotour 2: Kawah Ratu (volcanic crater) Ciparay hot springs Ecotour 3: Seribu waterfall Ciparay hot springs Ecotour 4: Ciaruteun waterfall Cinangka waterfall Luhur waterfall Ecotour 5: Ciaruteun waterfall Swallow caves THE CITY TOUR PROGRAM This program consists of several visits to attractive tourism objects at Bogor. The guests will be taken to visit Botanical Gardens, Zoological Museum, wayang golek (wooden puppets) craftsman, and 'gong' (traditional musical instrument made of bronze) factory; feed the deer if there is a kid among them; sightsee by delman (horse-drawn wagon), and immerse into traditional market to make some bargains if you wish. This program takes approximately 5 hours, starts at 8 AM. THE KAMPONG TOUR PROGRAM This program will take the guests to visit and see the activities of Cibadak villagers. We will pick up the guests at the hotel at 8 AM and take them to Cibadak village by 'angkot' (local public transportation). The guests will visit traditional limestone burning plant, wayang golek (wooden puppets) craftsman, home industry of tofu, traditional bean sprouts production, 'golok' (traditional knife) craftsman, and traditional village market. Duration of the program is about 5 hours.
